I recently bought a vehicle unseen from Edwin May and had it shipped to the UK. Through no fault of Edwin May, the exterior of the car was filthy and it had a flat tyre when we picked it up from Tilbury. Once rectified, I took the matter up with Philip Black, the salesmen who sold us the vehicle and arranged the transport. Philip is to be commended in the manner in which he dealt with the points I raised. In addition, he offered to pay for any faults that I felt needed dealing with. In conclusion, I felt that I had been dealt with in a fair and equitable manner, and I would recommend any other person to do business with Philip Black of Edwin May.
